The Senior Alliance requests proposals to provide the following services to persons age 60 and older residing in western and southern Wayne County. Some Adult Day Care and Respite funding will include individuals 18 years of age and older.

Adult Day Services ▪ Congregate Meals ▪ Home Delivered Meals ▪ Health Screening ▪ Friendly Reassurance ▪ Hearing Impaired Services ▪ Senior Center Staffing ▪ Legal Assistance ▪ Vision Services ▪ Transportation ▪ Elder Abuse Prevention Services ▪ Caregiver Support Education, Training and Support ▪ Grandparent Caregiver Education, Training and Support ▪ Care Management (Downriver Communities only).

Service Period October 1, 2006 through September 30, 2009. Bidders must provide service in one or more of the following communities.
