The Senior Alliance – Area Agency on Aging 1-C (TSA) is a non-profit
organization with a network of home and community-based services for older
adults, caregivers, and eligible persons with disabilities who reside in western
and southern Wayne County. The TSA Service Network includes services provided by
non-profit, public, and private for-profit companies. The Senior Alliance also
works with organizations in Resource Development activities to support services.
Contractor
The Senior Alliance awards contracts to organizations that serve the older adult
and caregiver populations. These contracts are usually given for a term of three
years.

Purchase of Service (POS) Provider
Written agreements are established with organizations and vendors to provide
services to clients of TSA’s Community Care Department (Care Management, Case
Coordination and Support, and the MI Choice Waiver program).

HIPAA Privacy
Statement

Federal privacy standards were established April 14, 2003 to protect patient’s
medical records and other health information developed by the Department of
Health & Human Services.

The Senior Alliance seeks partnership opportunities with organizations in order
to augment our support to caregivers and older adults. As a benefit to our
business partners, The Senior Alliance has developed a series of promotion
packages that offer targeted communications to an audience of elders,
