American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009
One-time payment to Social Security and Supplemental
Security Income Beneficiaries
On February 17, 2009, President Obama signed the American
Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. This new legislation
provides a one-time payment of $250 to Social Security and
Supplemental Security Income (SSI) beneficiaries. For more

Search for Medicare Beneficiaries
Why are we searching for Medicare beneficiaries? It is
because an estimated 12,344 Medicare beneficiaries living in
Wayne County are eligible for extra help in paying the
premium and/or co-pay costs for their prescription drug
costs through Medicare Part D and don't know it.
